Formal Briefings
With access to some 2000 professionals in the Southern California and greater St. Louis areas, we provide turnkey solutions to the aerospace industry's needs for designs, analyses, proposals and formal briefings.
Since 1989, we have employed over 500 engineers and have created teams of up to 100 employees to support the following customers:
We understand NASA's needs and have made significant contributions to our customers' proposals.
We create detailed plans for our customers' complex satellite programs.
We design satellite components so that they can be manufactured by our customers.
We operate our customers' satellites long after their designers have moved on to other programs.
To achieve such symbiotic and complementary relationships with our customers, both aerospace primes and government agencies, our employees have extensive experience in the industry, often from working at a prime, for the government or both.

History

Darren joins the team
Darren has a lot of enthusiasm for the work, but also knows his predecessors were extremely busy. Darren now takes care of purchased labor and technical service orders, invoicing customers and paying employees (just about everything!).

Frank returns from M.I.T. sabbatical
Frank has returned to California after spending three years at M.I.T. in Cambridge MA. Frank is spearheading a subcontract on the NPOESS weather satellite program from Northrop Grumman and NASA/NOAA/Air Force.

Northrop Grumman receives awards
Our principal customer, Northrop Grumman, is a government prime contractor with facilities located in Redondo Beach, CA. Northrop Grumman has received two large non-military awards. One of the awards is for the National Polar-orbiting Operational Environmental Satellite System (NPOESS) for NASA, NOAA and the Air Force. This program will last over 10 years and is worth several billion dollars. We teamed with Northrop and submitted several parts of the original joint proposal. Our portions of the proposal covered several areas, including operations, systems engineering, thermal analysis, and integration and test. In November 2002, we started our work on NPOESS in the Flight Operations area under a subcontract.
NASA announces Next-Generation Space Telescope
Northrop Grumman is building a next-generation successor to the Hubble Space Telescope in honor of the man who led NASA in the early days of the fledgling aerospace agency. The space-based observatory will be known as the James Webb Space Telescope, named after James E. Webb, NASA's second administrator. While Webb is best known for leading Apollo and a series of lunar exploration programs that landed the first humans on the Moon, he also initiated a vigorous space science program, responsible for more than 75 launches during his tenure, including America's first interplanetary explorers.
